- * One complementary bag of wood is provided April – September, and two bags October – March (mix of kindling, small and medium pieces and logs). Additional wood requirements will need to be brought to the venue separately. We think this is the fairest way given that wood use varies considerably depending on level of use of fires, season, and fire-lighting proficiency. We may be able to assist with taking delivery of wood in advance of your stay, however please contact to discuss. Wood can also be bought from a local farm and shops.
- **Please note that between November and February the jets and filter cannot be used, or at any point where there is a risk of freezing. Prior permission is required to use the hot tub. No prior experience is required and permission is unlikely to be refused. We require this step so that we can manage expectations about wood fired hot tubs. Please contact us to discuss. Wood not included in price.

Open-air living area
Friluftsliv “open-air living” is the Nordic concept of getting outdoors and spending time in remote locations. It is so fantastic for spiritual and physical wellbeing. This is why, complete with wood-fired hot tub, and BBQ, we have created a dedicated area where friends and family can gather together in the open air to relax and enjoy the breath-taking beauty of the Snowdonian landscape, or celebrate under stars.

Cegin
Gan adlewyrchu ei hanes fel cegin Fictoraidd ac ardal paratoi bwyd swyddogaethol ar gyfer hostel ieuenctid a thŷ gwestai, mae'r ystafell wych hon yn gyfuniad o'r masnachol, vintage a gwladaidd, gydag addurn sy'n anelu at yr oes ddiwydiannol steampunk y cafodd ei hadeiladu ynddo. Mae'r gegin yn fawr ac yn ymarferol gyda'r holl offer coginio y gallai fod eu hangen arnoch chi. Mae'r offer yn cynnwys: peiriant golchi llestri; prosesydd bwyd; peiriant nespresso; dau bopty meistr; popty microdon; oergell / rhewgell fawr; tostiwr; a'r holl offer safonol y byddech chi'n ei ddisgwyl.

Cae’r Blaidd, or Wolf Field, is a beautiful Victorian mansion where my family of 12 stayed to celebrate my 80th birthday. We were very comfortable, with all amenities provided and lots of luxury extras such as the games room, hot tub, arctic lodge, large garden, magnificent views and local walks. We even managed a swim in a plunge pool of the nearby river Teigl. It’s the perfect accommodation in a perfect location.

You really couldn’t get a better spot for visiting North Wales. Absolutely stunning views that you never get tired of. The house is really well set up, it feels really homely despite being so big! We all loved the arctic lodge and climbing wall. The games room was a real hit and everyone commented on how comfy the beds were. The kitchen has everything you need and plenty of things for a large group with the cooker being plenty big enough.
