Climbing, Scrambling, Walking

From easy, low-level walks, to something quite difficult, we aim to blend the maximum enjoyment of the surroundings, with the opportunity to develop new skills.

Adam & Eve Ahoy! Tryfan summit

We can offer you a wide range of activities in the mountains depending on your experience, time of year and the weather. Some ideas:

  • a guided ascent of Snowdon (1085 metres) by one of the more secluded routes
  • an introduction to scrambling (using your hands) to get you to the summit of a mountain
  • more difficult scrambling routes and the use of ropes for protection (Alpine style)
  • rock-climbing and abseiling
  • winter mountaineering, using ice axes and crampons
  • traversing sea cliffs, often under the watchful eye of seals
  • scrambling up gorges (the idea being to stay dry)
  • hone your map reading skills with a selection of orienteering courses
