It is of hard standing with a gravel surface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center mb-0 pb-0 mt-0 pt-0 wp-block-paragraph\">Level threshold through front door (width 900mm).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center mb-0 pb-0 mt-0 pt-0 wp-block-paragraph\">Kitchen is on the ground floor but accessed by a flight of 3 steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center mb-0 pb-0 mt-0 pt-0 wp-block-paragraph\">Reception rooms are all on the ground floor \u2013 no steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center mb-0 pb-0 mt-0 pt-0 wp-block-paragraph\">There are 1 ground floor bedroom with a walk in shower room next to it. It is designed to be accessibility friendly, with hard floor, and rugs that can be removed, electrical sockets at chest height, and twin beds.
