For all stays booked on or after 14 September 2020
  1. The standard cancellation policy applies for any cancellations arising our of the need to self-isolate. Travel insurance can be taken out and some insurers provide enhanced covid-19 cover for this eventuality at a small cost. It is recommended that insurance is taken out.
  2. Without prejudice to point 1, if, subsequent to booking, changes to the rules mean that the owners are no longer permitted to offer the house for rental during the holiday period (necessitating cancellation), a full refund will be provided.
  3. Without prejudice to point 1, if, subsequent to booking, changes to the rules mean that it is no longer possible for guests to stay at Cae’r Blaidd during the holiday period, or it is only possible to attend in reduced numbers (for example, due to a local lockdown, a travel ban or occupancy restrictions), the following options will be available:
    • Cancel the booking and a full refund will be provided.
    • Re-arrange the booking for a different date free of charge. The balance already paid will be converted to holiday credits, which can be put toward the cost of the new holiday period.
    • Take part of the house (between 4 – 6 bedrooms) at a discounted price (between 25% – 5%). The difference in price between the full balance (if already paid) and the new cost for the booking will be refunded.
